Friday night (8/12/11) was a blast for Smoovies Outdoor Movies. We started the night off with kareoke for all ages, then Mix 105.3 set up the Arts and Crafts table where all of the kids had a great time putting together their master pieces! Advanced Pediatric Dentistry was on hand giving away carnival wristbands for th Benton Frankin Fair and Rodeo coming up Aug, 23rd thru the 27th. The kennewick Fire Dept, brought their hook and ladder truck for the kids to explore and ask questions.  And, right before the movie started there was a funny clown entertaining the crowd! Smoovies, of course, had all the concessions on hand. Eveything from popcorn to ice cream cones. Then as dusk settled in, everyone found their blankets andd lawn chairs and enjoyed Toy Story 3.
The last Smoovies Outdoor Movies in Columbia Park will be Friday Aug 26th. The activities begin at 7pm and the movie starts at dusk, And at the upcoming Smoovies, Mix 105.3 will award the family 4 pack of tickets to Silverwood Theme Park. If you haven't made it out to Smoovies Outdoor Movies this summer, be sure to make the last one. It's great fun for the whole family.
