I have just discovered some of the best bakery sweets I've ever tasted. I'm talking about Lonardo's Gourmet Bakerie 1505 Kennewick Ave. in Kennewick. They are located where the old Artic Circle used to be. Inside are magnificent pastry creations using real butter and cream. These are considered European style pastries, the kind you might find in Seattle. Pecan and Cinnamon Rolls; as well as Canoli's; Bear Claws; Cream Puffs; Cream Pies; Lemon Bars and Strudel too, are made fresh daily. And Mix 105.3 is bringing an assortment to an At Work Network member weekly on Thursdays. Listen Thursday morning to me, Doug Daniels at 8:35am. I will draw and announce a name and workplace and give them 10 minutes to call back at 509-545-1822. So make sure someone from the office is listening! I'll then deliver a tray of delicious pastries, enough to feed up to 30 people, by coffee break time at 10:45pm.
